How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

- Contact Us: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video
- Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for replacement/refund, and attach the unboxing video
- Ship Item: We'll provide shipping instructions for returning the original item
- Receive Replacement/Refund: Your new item will be shipped or refund will be processed after we receive the original
